Why East Hampton Needs a Write-In

This isn't a typical campaign. It's a call to action from residents who believe East Hampton deserves better — and who are willing to pick up a pen to prove it.

How We Got Here

Our Town is in crisis. For too long, East Hampton's town government has been shaped by party insiders and special interests rather than the voices of everyday residents. Decisions about our natural resources, drinking water, housing, and our community character have been made without meaningful input from the people who live here.

As a lifelong resident, Jerry Larsen has spent decades in this community — raising a family, building relationships, and watching the town he loves face challenges that demand real leadership. Village Mayor, former Police Chief, and lifelong East Hampton resident, Jerry raised his family here and knows firsthand the importance of preserving our town and ensuring families can afford to live here.

While Kathee Burke-Gonzalez raised your taxes two years in a row, ignored your drinking water, supported state public housing, and let corruption run through Town Hall, Jerry lowered taxes as Mayor and led with accountability every single day.

A write-in campaign is the ultimate act of democratic participation. It says: we refuse to accept the choices handed to us. We will make our own. Write in Jerry Larsen in November and let's clean up this government together.

What We Stand For

Community First

Every decision should start with one question: what's best for the people of East Hampton? Not party bosses — residents.

Clean and Safe Drinking Water

Our aquifer is irreplaceable. Jerry will protect our drinking water today and for future generations with science-based, community-driven policy.

Transparent Government

Town Hall should be open, accountable, and responsive. No backroom deals. No corruption. No wasteful spending. No closed-door decisions. Full transparency, always.

Local Economy

Small businesses and working families are the backbone of East Hampton. Jerry will fight for policies that keep our community affordable and vibrant.
